SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: 20 February 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on dia-bec.com and operated by Nibartech Ltd (Company Registration Number: 15283998), trading as "Diabec". By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of our website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the current policy. For matters not addressed in this policy, our Refund Policy applies.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Once your order has been handed to our shipping partners, you will receive a notification by email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

We ship to locations worldwide. Depending on your destination, delivery typically takes between 7 and 30 working days from the date of dispatch.

For the purposes of this policy, "Working Days" are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

All delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Diabec accepts no liability for deliveries that fall outside the estimated window. Factors including local postal service efficiency, weather conditions, carrier capacity, and customs processing in your country may affect the final delivery date.

Delivery beyond the estimated window does not in itself entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or cancellation of the order. A refund or replacement will only be considered where a package has not been received at all, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.


3. POSTAL STRIKES AND FORCE MAJEURE

Diabec shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timeframes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Postal strikes or industrial action;
  • Local or national labour disputes;
  • Natural disasters, severe weather events, or acts of God;
  • War, civil unrest, or political instability;
  • Global logistical disruptions, pandemics, or supply chain failures;
  • Government-imposed restrictions or regulatory interventions.

In such events, the standard delivery window may be extended. Diabec will not be obligated to offer refunds, replacements, or compensation solely on the basis of a delay caused by Force Majeure.


4. SHIPMENT TRACKING AND RISK OF LOSS

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information.

Risk of loss and title in the merchandise pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, Diabec's delivery obligation is fulfilled.

Claims for packages reported as lost or missing after a Delivered status has been recorded must be raised directly with the carrier. Diabec will provide reasonable assistance in supporting such claims, including supplying proof of dispatch documentation, for up to 30 days from the date the issue is reported. After that period, the matter is between the customer and the carrier. Diabec accepts no liability for carrier error or misdelivery after the point of delivery confirmation.


5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES AND WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Diabec accepts no liability for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery will be arranged at the customer's cost. If the customer does not wish to arrange re-delivery, a refund of the product price only will be issued, less the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Diabec, a restocking fee of 15% of the product value, and any return shipping charges incurred. Undeliverable packages must be received back by Diabec within 60 days of the original dispatch date. If not received within this period, no refund will be issued. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details of applicable deductions.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

When ordering from Diabec, the recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Diabec is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or regulatory charges applied to your order by the destination country.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Diabec has no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether charges will apply or the amount of any such charges.

Where a package is returned to Diabec as a result of customs seizure, abandoned by the customer, or otherwise not collected, any return shipping costs or abandoned goods fees incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund. Diabec reserves the right to decline a refund entirely if the package is abandoned rather than returned. Refunds for returned packages will only be processed once the package has been physically received back by Diabec. If the package is not returned to Diabec within 60 days of the original dispatch date, no refund will be issued.


7. 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on first orders. The 30-day period begins from the date the tracking information confirms the item has been marked as Delivered to your address.

Full terms, eligibility conditions, and the claims process for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Refund Policy regarding the guarantee, the Refund Policy shall prevail.


8. DIABEC FULFILMENT ERRORS

In the event that Diabec dispatches the wrong product or a product that is damaged as a result of our own packaging or handling prior to handover to the carrier, you must notify us at contact@dia-bec.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Your notification must include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

Diabec will respond to fulfilment error claims within 5 business days of receipt of the required evidence. Where a valid fulfilment error is confirmed, Diabec will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our cost. No action will be taken on claims submitted after the 7-day notification window. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.


9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Where an order contains multiple items and not all items are available for immediate dispatch, Diabec reserves the right to ship available items first and fulfil the remainder separately. In such cases, no additional shipping charge will be applied to the second dispatch.

Where an item is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled within 14 days of the original order date, Diabec will contact you to offer a replacement of equivalent value or a partial refund for the unfulfilled item. Partial shipment does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order.


10. ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER ORDERING

Address change requests must be submitted to contact@dia-bec.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Diabec will endeavour to accommodate address changes but cannot guarantee that any change request will be actioned in time. Address changes can only be accepted before the order enters the fulfilment process. Diabec will confirm by email whether an address change has been successfully applied.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, no address changes can be made. Any failed delivery resulting from an address that could not be updated in time is subject to the terms of Section 5 of this policy.


11. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be recalled or cancelled. Diabec does not accept refusals of delivery. If you do not wish to keep the order upon receipt, you must contact us at contact@dia-bec.com to arrange a return in accordance with our Refund Policy. Any costs associated with return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a Diabec fulfilment error under Section 8.


12. FAILED PAYMENT AND ORDERS ON HOLD

Orders where payment cannot be confirmed will be placed on hold and will not enter the fulfilment process. Diabec will send a notification to the email address registered on your account. If payment is not resolved within 5 business days of that notification, the order will be cancelled and any reservation of stock released.

Diabec accepts no liability for delays in fulfilment or loss of stock availability resulting from a failed or unconfirmed payment.


13. CARRIER DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFE PLACE

Diabec cannot control carrier delivery instructions, including decisions by the carrier to leave a package in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point. Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Diabec's delivery obligation is fulfilled regardless of where the carrier has left the package.

If you have concerns about how your package was delivered, you must raise these directly with the carrier. Diabec will provide proof of dispatch as reasonable assistance but accepts no further liability.


14. FORWARDING ADDRESSES AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS

Diabec does not guarantee delivery to mail forwarding addresses or locations not serviced by our carrier partners. Any failed delivery resulting from the use of such an address is treated under the undeliverable package terms in Section 5.

Where a customer arranges delivery to a freight forwarder or third-party logistics address, Diabec's delivery obligation is fulfilled upon confirmed delivery to that address. Diabec accepts no responsibility for any subsequent handling, loss, damage, or customs liability arising from onward transit arranged by the customer or their freight forwarder.


15. GOVERNING LAW

This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
